Definitely worth the trip and especially if you have more than one kiddo. The kids can go off and play and mom and dad can enjoy the hot tub! A must return its worth the price and drive!
Its a small indoor and pricy ($30-60 depending on time and method) and, $10-15 to rent a locker, $3 for a towel ( you can bring yours). The nice thing is indoor, but it is small. The floors are not smooth just rough concrete both on land and in the water, you can easy scratch yourself on the concrete in the water or good luck if you fall on the land, so be careful, honestly this could be dangerous environment for anyone. Not a well maintained or staffed place, the central medium sized slide has no staff, so people can easily ram into each other at the bottom if not watching and you can get some speed in the slide. Not gonna return. Codes as Hilton double tree purchase and interestingly restaurant charge when you buy ticket at the door. If you know you know.
This is my 2nd year coming here. Last year we did a one-day waterpark pass (family of 5) and this year we did a 2 day waterpark pass. Both years I learned that getting the morning admission is the best!!! Come late afternoon it gets crazy with people!! People who are so rude and will steal your chairs even with your belongings on them!!! Do not recommend coming or even staying till close because of the amount of people!! And the ignorant people who paid $20 less to get in! The food was good!! We got a large pizza and chicken fingers with no complaints. The bar drinks were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the cherry mixed drink. The pool at the hotel is great!! Also has a gym, sauna, and hot tub for adults. The staff and room service was excellent! Like most places, the cleaning staff doesn't speak English which is fine. Staff came to our room to understand what we were asking for. Came back to a clean room with beds made which is what we wanted. I also love that the twin beds are around the corner from the king size bed so parents and kiddos have a little space. Would definitely come again but with the new costs Great Wolf Lodge is probably the same price and bigger. Think we spent close to $2000 or more from a Friday to Monday, which included the hotel, 2 days at the park, and food for 5
2 out of the 3 times I’ve been here all of the slides have been closed and it was not fun. There are fun supporting attractions like the small slides, the water structure, and the monkey bars, but there’s not a ton to do. The slides are fun, and there’s 4 of them. This review would be 4 stars if the slides were open more. The service is pretty slow too. Overall, this is a very mediocre water park. go to great wolf lodge, hurricane harbor, or breezy instead. Theyare in state and much better.
Great place to take your kids. Went for my Godsons birthday. It wasn't crowded when we went. They do have lockers for rent in and out side of the park area. The hot tub is a wonderful concept. Goes from one hot tube on the inside to 3 more connected hot tubs on the outside. No one under 15 is allowed in the hot tub. The only thing is that there were alot of hornets by the splash pad and outside hot tub gate. My Godson ended up getting stung. They do have a first aid office where they were very nice and professional. The place didn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell, but the water did burn my eyes. The lazy river is relaxing but needs more tubes. Many were deflated and a long line of people were waiting for a good tube. The splash pad was cute. I think the grown-ups had more fun on it though. They do have a bar to get a few drinks. You can not drink in the park area. You have to drink in the bar area. It was set up with many tables and chairs. The bartender was nice. The pool was the only place that was crowded. The food and drinks a overpriced but that is to be expected. The kids had a blast. Next time we will stay overnight at the hotel, so we don't have to drive an hour and a half back home after a long day at the park.
