What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed. Positive aspects frequently mentioned include the gym's cleanliness, a good range of amenities such as swimming, cycling, and a sauna, and generally friendly and nice staff who contribute to a bully-free environment. However, there are significant negative points raised, particularly regarding management and operational clarity. One highly critical review accuses the organization of being solely driven by profit, engaging in dishonest practices, taking credit for employees' work, and tolerating racist behavior from a director. Other common complaints include severe parking difficulties, confusing and inconsistent operating hours across various platforms (website, Google, phone, door signs) leading to frustration and wasted trips, and minor issues with wheelchair accessibility in some areas.

Great, clean gym and lots of amenities. Only issue is parking. Half the time I can’t even go in because there’s no space in the parking lot, in the street, etc.
One of the best YMCAs I've been to. It's absolutely all due to the staff that make this Y so special. Without a doubt you'll have an awesome time here and they have something for everyone, no matter the age. Update Wow was I wrong!! Until you work for them. Only then you actually see that for a non-profit organization, they are truly only driven by the bottom line. And lying is essential to projecting their fake narrative as being good for the community. I could certainly come up with better things for my community to enjoy than fake Directors that lie in the faces of the people who carry them most, and donated their expertise, changed a crumbling old falling apart establishment back to decency within the small window of employment there. In return claimed their work as your own. Protect a cereal racist and liar and allow her to throw herself and her agenda around like an overgrown child when the famously fake racist Director Kirra doesn't get her way. Im shocked they allow that around children.
They have good people working there and they are so nice they have it clean and is bully free zone
This facilities hours are pretty confusing. I could not figure out if the gym was open today (Sunday September 1st). I checked the Google hours, the website, looked for a Facebook page, and tried calling in advance. The information is all over the place, but the phone's answering system says the gym is open on Sundays from 9am to 1pm. I decided to try it, got to the gym and the doors were locked. The sign on the door with the hours does say that it is closed on Sundays, but if that's the case the phone's answering machine should probably also have the correct hours. If instead it is closed because it is a holiday weekend, the announcements should say something like "closed for Labor Day weekend" not just for "Labor Day" since that is tomorrow.
Great place to work out and swim. They even have bicycling. Showers in the bathroom stay clean. Sauna is nice. Few problems with having a wheelchair in some areas, but not too bad. All in all, it's a great place in Bradford.
