Both of my parents lived at Majestic Pines through their end of life. From an apartment with minor assistance through memory care and hospice. All the Majestic Pines staff were caring and engaging. My parents had very good things to say about the meals and dining experience. There were always lots of options. There were many activities for them to do if they chose to do so. I was so pleased that they chose Majestic Pines to live at when they needed assisted living and I would recommend them to anyone.

Majestic Pines is an incredible place for senior living, and they took wonderful care of my father. The apartments are well designed and spacious. The staff is absolutely fantastic and responsive to residents' needs, and the cafeteria provides nutritious and delicious food. There are plenty of social activities for residents. I can't recommend Majestic Pines enough if you are looking for a senior living facility.

We moved my sister to Majestic Pines from Florida a year ago. Toni and the memory care staff were wonderful. My sister's care prior to the move created physical problems she could not bounce back from, but in her 2 1/2 months at Majestic Pines, she was treated with respect and dignity. She even got her sense of humor back. Thank you, Majestic Pines.

The staff at Majestic Pines truly cares about their clients. They go above and beyond to communicate any & all concerns and to ensure their residents are living their happiest & best life possible. I take great comfort in knowing that my brother is being treated so kindly and respectfully. All the staff & nurses are helpful & caring. When we moved my brother's furniture & belongings into his apartment, RyAnne helped with getting his TV set up & visited with us about his move in the next day and assured us that she would be doing everything possible to make sure he has a smooth transition & will encourage him to be as active as he chooses to be. On move in day, Carly made my brother (and us) feel so comfortable visiting & joking with him. And when she found out about his dental needs she offered several meal suggestions that would be easier to chew. Nichole & Lindsey were very helpful & informative when we first toured the facility. There was a car show & food truck vendor event going on at the time and they along with Annabelle went out of their way to make sure we understood the different levels of care available. They asked very indepth questions about my brother to get to know him better to make sure that he would be a good fit, socially, emotionally & physically. They also provided a complete list of everything we would need to furnish his apartment which we found so helpful. They even had helpful tips to make the transition easier for my brother such as having his apartment set up the day before he moved in so it would be a little easier on him emotionally. Sissy & Annabelle are worth their weight in gold. They have helped turn a very difficult situation into a positive and seamless transition for both my brother & our family. Their guidance in getting him settled & properly evaluated was so helpful. Sissy's patience while we worked through insurance plans for prescriptions was so appreciated. On move in day and the following day he was having high insulin levels & Sissy stayed on top of the situation until his levels returned to normal & the insurance issue was resolved with the pharmacy so my brother's prescriptions could be filled easier. Whether it's a quick phone call or an email update from her we appreciate all the genuine concern & care that she has shown & continues to show for my brother & his physical, emotional & mental well being. Annabelle helped to ensure a smooth transition into Majestic with everything from keeping us informed and providing the proper paperwork, to showing a very genuine concern & kindness regarding my brother's happiness there. She has continued to give us a great amount of comfort with calling us with updates on how my brother is settling in and even took the time to take him outside & visit with him on a day that he was having a hard time adjusting. She has demonstrated great care & investment in making sure that all his needs are being met. They are both very kind & generous souls. These ladues are keepers! THANK YOU from JOE ALLEN Grand Rapids is fortunate to have a gem in its midst. My wife, Kathie, received excellent care in the Memory Unit of Majestic Pines Senior Living. This unit, designed exclusively for memory care, is spacious, inviting and well-appointed with accommodations for large and small groups and areas for a single family to gather and visit. Kathie’s spacious room allowed her to be surrounded by some of the furnishings from our home. Spaced along the hallways, residents have access to several small alcoves furnished to replicate home and careers. Holidays and birthdays are observed with celebrations and décor that are reminiscent of home. Many appropriate activities, snack breaks, meals and special events keep residents engaged at their own ability to participate. Family members are encouraged and welcomed to participate in these activities, including meals. I shared many meals with Kathie during her stay and also attended special events. Each time I visited I was warmly greeted by name and treated as a member of the Majestic Pines family. The Memory Care personnel is unparalleled! Nurses, assistants, maintenance, administration, chef and kitchen staff genuinely care about residents’ well-being. With quick smiles, hugs, respect and concern, the administration and head nurse for this unit set an excellent example for how to interact with and care for residents and family members. The staff understand the emotional roller coaster experienced by families in this position. No one wants to make the decision to place their loved one in care outside their own home. When the time came for us, Majestic Pines opened its doors and its arms. I thank them for compassionately caring for my loved one, Kathie, and for me. If you’re in need of an assisted living, enhanced assisted living or memory care for yourself or a loved one, I whole heartedly recommend Majestic Pines. Joe Allen
