Warm enough water, small pool area (just two lanes) so not too loud or hectic. I favor British Swim School approach of safety and floating and self-rescue and confidence FIRST, instead of floaties and kicking. This is a good location too, quieter and smaller than others so good if your kid needs a less overwhelming environment.
