Yesterday on Wednesday, July 2nd, me and my girlfriend and female friend decided to head to the pool. We got there around 5pm. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a respectful staff member at the front. He took our payment, directed us to the pool, and told us to “have a great time!” We entered the pool area and instantly there was one specific lifeguard that had an intense staring problem. She had a bun, was not on duty as far as i know, and she sat there with her boyfriend doing absolutely nothing but staring for at least 45 minutes or more. If she wasn’t staring she was on her phone, not helping any of the other workers. All other staff were doing their jobs but, they started to complain about how disgusting, mildewy, smelly, and unsanitary the pool was almost right after we got in. Even complaining about the children who had been there way before us. I understand it was an hour before close but again ITS AN HOUR, and you guys are a PUBLIC pool. Not to mention even after we got out and LEFT the premises the lifeguard was still eyeing us down for absolutely no given reason. Keep in mind we had never even batted an eye in her direction or made any comments about her up until we saw her staring uncontrollably. I don’t know if she was being territorial over her man who never even looked at my friend or GIRLFRIEND or if she has some kind of problem or what? But I don’t think your lifeguards should be treating the PUBLIC pool like nobody belongs there or like they’re at their own house. Mad respect to the few employees that actually had some human decency. Shoutout to the guy at the counter and the girl who was on duty that day and actually doing her job.

Pool and facilities were very nice and clean. Lifeguards were really alert and polite with us all. We had a great time at our pool party. I highly recommend Champion Pool and all their staff!
