Coming from a girl who has been out of shape and anxious about being judged when going to the gym, I found some courage and went for a tour at this gym and signed up the same day! The staff is very helpful and supportive! The owner quickly replies to any questions I have and I am so appreciative of his help in starting my weight loss journey! This gym has every piece of equipment you could ever need and the gym community makes you feel at home!

I became a member a month ago. I have also signed up for personal training. The gym has a wide variety of equipment. Ladies have their own workout room, locker room And showers which is great. The owner is very responsive and really cares about his customers. The personal trainer I have been working with is great. Truly a great place to go !

My son & I love Total fitness! All the employees are very loving && treat you like family!! My favorite part of the gym is the women’s room & the Sauna. My son’s favorite part is that he gets to work out as well on the small kids workout equipment they have. He also loves the big playground and the pool in the summer. If you’re looking for a Gym home I would definitely recommend total fitness!

Emery & Wendy Williams, the owners of TF, are devoted to their community and their faith. Great environment and up scale equipment! The staff are all more than willing to go above and beyond to get you the results if not better than what you wanted. Juice bar is great and fast working. The pool/sauna always clean and they have an outdoor area if that’s more your speed. Definitely recommend
