This community center freaking sucks. The workers are rude and their facilities are dirty. I’m trying to swim with my family and these two lifeguards are yelling at people about rules nobody knows are even rules. There is another person who yelled at us for using foot flippers because they’re hers but there is not one sign that says you can’t use them or that they belong to her. They had posted signs telling you the basic rules but then yell at you for rules that aren’t up there.
The workers often give you attitude and make you feel anxious having to check in/ ask about policies. They charge you not only to cancel your membership but make it very difficult to cancel without going in person. Also one of the check in ladies berated my friend for forgetting her student ID card.
11/27/23 went there asking about swimming pool and they showed me weight room and many other rooms and they do have classes for these like kickboxing and more staff very friendly and polite
It’s dirty and the cleaning staff are rude and get in your way when working out. They are bad with communication when it is closed and open.
This is Dr Nesli Duda. This center is one of the best run places in town. Aaron is a solid manager and the employees (mostly DSU students) are excellent both around the pool area and at the reception. The pool is very clean and literally just awesome and the hot tub also i excellent. I can not find anything to say negative about the place, awesome!
