The past couple of weekends I've been at the pool with my kids. The pool has looked dirty and also the small children pool had dead roaches and leaves in the pool. The hot tub area the jets doesn't work. The swimming area needs to be remodeled the side wall the tiles are broken off. The waterfall has green mold on the big rock.

Literally just called. Whoever answered the phone was rude and not very informative. Had to call multiple times because I heard they picked up the phone and hanged it up instantly. Could give a 0 star rating if it's available.
