What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool indicate mixed experiences, with several significant concerns for families. Many visitors expressed disappointment over unclear rules regarding floatation devices for non-swimming children and toddlers, and the lack of a dedicated baby pool, which often led to challenging and frustrating visits for families with young children or those with special needs. There were also consistent complaints about lifeguards not paying adequate attention and staff being rude or unhelpful when questioned about rules or facility policies. Some users reported a lack of communication regarding unexpected closures, such as for private parties. On the positive side, the pool was generally perceived as clean, despite being crowded on hot days, and at least one regular visitor had a consistently positive experience, feeling well-known by the staff.

Its very crowded on hot days but it seems pretty clean and i havent seen any horrible lifeguards but ive seen them not really paying attention but overall i still like to go there with friends
Was not told they were closing for a private party. If we were informed of that I wouldn’t have paid to swim today.
My family and I went here a few few days ago. The pool itself is okay. But the fact that they don’t allow children who can’t swim wear life jackets is absurd! And I’m sorry, but Most of the lifeguards there barely pay attention. And when I went to one of the lifeguards to like, ask them questions. She got really rude with me and said “ you chose to come and swim here, deal with it. “ So if my baby drowns I can sue. I see this has a lawsuit waiting to happen. .. Nowhere does it say that they can’t have life jackets. I even checked online. If you have children do not come here if they don’t know how to swim.
An extremely disappointing experience for our family. We hadn’t been to this pool in years. We wanted to try this pool for our weekly pool session. The only thing I would say for future family’s:! Maybe tell families that there’s no baby pool. The families like us with toddlers and special needs children, it would be greatly beneficial to know. Then they are not allowed to have float devices to sorta compensate. It just made it very challenging and not a good experience for us, and when the staff came to speak to us about not having floating devices, it just was not presented well!! Our three year old had a very small area where she could touch and was too scared to go out further without her floats, that she’s normally allowed to have.
Great we came every single day everyone knows me there
