Great pool with a diving board and raft in the middle. The pool also has a design similar to a lake where you can walk into it 360 degrees from any part around it.

I love the Montpelier vt swimming pool, Keith was nice and very helpful and answering people didn't seem like he was too busy or u weren't important, looking forward to what he's got planned for next year.

As a person who finds myself physically challenged after a recent surgery this pool's best feature is the fact that you can walk right in to the water from the edge of the pool the full 360 degrees.No Steps, No Ladders, No Ledge...there are even metal handrails that lead into the pool for further assistance. There is a nice shaded Pavillion to picnic outside of the pool area as well. Unfortunately I did feel there were several negatives to go along with the positives listed previously. As a Non Resident I paid $13 for a 4 hour block of time, not horrible but a little pricey. Also seating is inadequate. I believe there a few benches, a few Adirondack chairs and 4 metal tables with Umbrellas but I would strongly suggest bringing your own chairs. Lastly hauling in stuff(we had alot) from the parking lot can be a bit much so I would suggest dropping your stuff off at the top of the walkway that leads to the entrance at the back of the building and then parking. Overall we had an enjoyable day and will not hesitate to go back.

That's been a lot of hours at this pool growing up on hot summer days. This is a well-maintained then kept swimming pool. Probably one of the better ones in the country. There are usually lifeguards at the pool for your protection.
