We booked a private retreat here at crystal mountain and our two massage therapists, Lauren and Sara were absolutely amazing. We 10/10 recommend them. They were informative, kind, and respectful during our stay. Every dime was worth it.

The spa at Crystal Mountain far exceeded our expectations! So many times you visit a resort and have a mediocre or disappointing spa experience but this was the farthest from the truth at Crystal Spa at Crystal Mountain! We felt like VIPs the minute we arrived! My husband and I enjoyed the ultimate package which included a couples 60 minute massage, bottle of wine, charcuterie board, 2 robes, a free gift & one hour private use of the spa & all its amenities. Booking our spa services was very easy, they were able to accommodate with about a 6 day notice & the details were very clear & communicated well before arrival. Upon arrival, the receptionist was beyond friendly & accommodating. Our massages were top notch (this is coming from someone who gets massages regularly). After the couples massages, we enjoyed the private use of the outdoor hot tub, indoor steam room, sauna, relaxation area by the fire & showers. They only had one robe available to take home but plan to ship our second robe to our home. They even gave us a very nice free gift (body wash, body lotion & three shower bombs). We will be back next time we visit Crystal Mountain! Anyone looking for a romantic spa night or just a good massage, you will not regret booking here!

This is a nicely appointed spa, fitness center, and pool at Crystal Mountain Resort. My only complaint is that the fitness center does not open until 7:00 each morning. We have young children and my wife and I like to take turns hitting the fitness center before the kids wake up, but that wasn't possible because the center opened so late. That meant that we really couldn't take advantage of it during our stay. But for those who can, it looks like a nice facility.

THE BREEZE

It doesn't get much better than this place!!! One of the best spas I've been too. Super friendly staff. Impeccably CLEAN facilities! Bathrobes make you feel like a queen! So luxurious. Lounge where you wait to get called in for your service is very calming, cozy and comfy. Mint/Cucumber water was delightful. As were the lounge chairs. I love that you get an hour after your treatment to just relax!! Instead of just having to get out. The hot tub was lovely and secluded. Would love to see this area in the summer time. Showers were CLEAN. Mint Lavendar shampoo and conditioner are amazing. Little stations to comb and dry your hair after your shower were great. Yoga classes at the fitness center included with stay at the resort! FANTASTIC!!! Can't wait to go back! Again what a gem of a place!💎
