The first time wasn’t too bad just the ticket man made getting in harder than expected. He seemed to need more training. The second time the life guards talked poorly about people who paid to get into the pool. Kept talking even when asked to stop. I watched mothers take and leave with their whole family because of a few life guards insisted on to continue the conversation. I was already leaving when I spoke up. One life guard with gold sunglasses was the only nice professional staff member. I agree this pool is clean. It is staff is in need of customer service. How to correct someone and move on. Professionalism is still needed.

It is a clean, and well-kept pool, safe for swimming with children, but there is no place for adults. The deep portion of the pool (the better half) is ALWAYS closed for 2-4 adolescent divers, while 15-20 adults are jammed together in the shallow half. Actual swimming is out of question. It should be called a standing or sitting pool. When asked what time will the other half be available, the barely postpubertal male life guard smirked "depends how many people ask, and you are just one". Another, said they will try to open it after next break. They didn't. I guess the brief moments when the kids are whistled out and adults are allowed to make couple laps will have to suffice. Suggestions: #1 - train all your staff to communicate in proper and respectful manner. #2 - adult only swim hours. Sincerely Karen (and no, I didn't summon a manager lol)

My son loves it here. Most life guards are very observant and nice. They have a diving board, volleyball set up, and a kid area. The kids' area is like a splash pad good for todllers and young kids.

We went there today for the first time. Got to the pool at 2:20 and by 2:45 they temporarily closed it because of thunder. By 3:45, they closed the pool for the day. Spent $44 for 25 min. Asked about a rain check or certificate to use for another day but was told they don’t do that. Very disappointed because the pool was nice.

Very nice pool and play area for kids. The big pool has a diving board and water slide. There are lifeguards and safety breaks once an hour. They have vending machines but you are allowed to bring your own food, some people even had pizza delivered! There is also an area with a volleyball net.
