The two rooms I had were absolutely disgusting! One door had to be slammed in order to shut properly and the other one had no extra lock. The smell was horrendous and when you turned the ac on it only made the room smell worse! We checked in and had to leave for a concert right away. When we got back and looked at the rooms decided we would not be staying based on the quality of them. Also we witnessed two drug deals go down in the parking lot! When we asked for a refund we were told NO! You only have 10 minutes to cancel after check in. I have never been so disgusted in a hotel like I was with this one! So disappointed in everything!

Great deal for the price for a male traveling single. Non-smoking room was in a non-smoking entire wing which was nice. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, all appliances available and working well room 112. TV, A/C, refrigerator/freezer, hairdryer and microwave. Pool not working, breakfast 50% of normal compared to competition with only coffee, waffle iron, milk and some bread items. Entire property in need of some repair

Clean but dated and poorly maintained room. The door to the room had obviously been kicked in and repaired. Door to bathroom very hard to close. Sink would not drain very well. Bed was reasonably comfortable but not crazy about the steel frame on the bed. Odd assortment of light bulbs and some lamps had no bulb. The parking lot was poorly maintained with cigarette butts, some trash, and numerous potholes. The advertised free breakfast was a joke. Waffles, stale bread for toast, coffee machines that use powered coffee. Broken juice machine, no milk or cereal, no fruit, no yogurt, no muffins. Cheap powdered creamer.

It doesn't have bugs unlike Econolodge next door. It has a fridge and microwave. It's clean, but housekeeping makes infrequent stops to your room. Marion does not have liquor sales in gas stations, this hotel has a bar built in. Wi-Fi speeds are great (250mb down) but connection was inconsistent, however my hotel neighbor had great speeds and consistency (different Wi-Fi AP).

Building is out of date, smells and fixtures are cheaply cared for. I would not be surprised if they offered an hourly room rate. Don't forget they will ask for you to Pay a deposit before staying but take their time refunding it blaming it on the banks.
