What are people saying (AI review summary)? Overall, the pool receives mixed reviews. Positive aspects include generally clean facilities, staff often being friendly and helpful, especially with smaller children on slides, and positive experiences reported for private party bookings regarding price, cleanliness, and accommodating lifeguards. However, recurring negative feedback points to outrageously overpriced concession stand food and drinks, limited operating hours (both daily and weekly) despite high entry fees or season passes, and concerns about overcrowding. There were also isolated incidents of staff unprofessionalism, including a distracted lifeguard and a rude staff member during a private event, leading some patrons to state they would not return.

I took my grandson to this pool today, and it was GREAT! They were letting the smaller kids go down the slide (no floating devices are allowed), and they would catch them at the bottom. The smiles on those kids were priceless! I hope they keep doing this, because it was very much appreciated! He had a blast!
Only 2nd time here and first time buying snacks. Wont buy again. Pool is nice but concession stand prices are outrageous. $4 for a pretzel and $2.50 for a can of soda. Ridiculous!!!
Reserved a private birthday party! Price was reasonable, facilities were clean. Lifeguards interacted with our group in a friendly manner and made us all feel safe. Then even played music genre of our choosing, with clean lyrics. I certainly recommend this option to others. Thanks for helping our little one celebrate their birthday in style!
Workers seemed nice, pool was clean. But water was warmer than I expected and very packed. The lifeguards were scrambling around every 10 or so minutes, switching spots, and a girl who was switching between the water slide and the diving area was focused on flirting with young boys and got snapped on by the other lifeguards when she didn’t switch to her spot. My only complaints though is the concession food is way overpriced for its quality, and the pool itself needs to be open longer than just 3 hours during the day. Especially since you’re either paying 100 something dollars for a family season pass, or 5 dollars per day. Not to mention they are only open 4/7 days in the week.
We had a pvt. Event holded at the pool today and some of one of the staff members was rude and very Unprofessional Towards myself and spouse and my youngest daughter and Towards some other parents with young children. I can't speak for other families but my family will not be returning to this pool at all
