The staff and installers were amazing! Rick and his crew were great with installing the pool. They came out one day and dug the area out for the pool. Came back and made sure the roots and wholes were covered. Had the pool up in a few hours. They were great to work with and very polite! Definitely recommend them all you are wanting to get a pool and have them install it.

Horrible customer service since ownership changed. I’ve been calling for almost 3 months now for a quote for a replacement liner. Called last Monday. Called me back Thursday and was VERY rude and hung up on me. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service!!! I cannot even give them a one star but you have to in order to post. After I had my pool installed they were supposed to build a deck for me, was told they would be back after 4th of July and I never heard a word from them again. Then I stopped by their carterville store the third week of August and put my name on a list for a pool closing right after Labor Day, never heard a word from them so called on September 17 and was told an employee had written down the wrong number for me so I was told someone would call me the next day to set up a new day and time and guess what never heard a word from them. Im done!!!!!

Great pool place! Purchased a pool and had it installed about a year ago. The installation crew was fantastic. They worked fast and knew what they were doing. Pool looks beautiful. They are quick to answer any questions I have. Very happy with my purchase and with their service.
