LOVE the park and the shelter house. Great for family events whether it is for a small family or a large family. We stumbled on this direction my father's celebration of life gathering and have used it two additional times since. Great location! Great structure! Great family activities right there!

Lots of good memories here over the last 15-20yrs but in 2011 my son made the fatal mistake of accidentally leaving his Apple I-touch in his swimsuit pocket and went down the waterslide with it and that was basically DOA for that. He just got it as a raffle prize the year before so he was visibly upset. Once we got back to Minneapolis he got another one for free thanks to a family friend connection.

We went one time an it was so fun if you can drive that far it's a great place for afternoon of swimming with kids
