What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility receives strong praise for its children's swimming lessons, with many highlighting the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring staff, as well as good amenities like seating and a kids' area. Evening swim lessons are also well-received. However, several negative points were raised, including complaints about excessively loud and unpleasant music, which made the environment overstimulating for some. There were also significant issues with facility management, such as a lack of clear communication about closing times (leading to inconvenience for visitors) and a particularly severe complaint about closures for undisclosed reasons with refunds being refused in favor of small vouchers. Some guests also expressed a desire for longer operating hours.

We came here for swimming lessons for both kids and they loved it! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about safety and they care about the kids they are teaching. We will be back for sure! Plenty of chairs and big umbrellas to sit under also the kids area is nice!
The music is awful and way too loud. Pool was great. Definitely not a good place for people with sensory issues. It’s a little overwhelming, and very overstimulating.
I give them a one star review because they closed for undisclosed reasons and refused refunds, only offering $2 vouchers.
Thank u for letting my nephew pay for a family of 13 to get out to the pool area to find out you close at 5pm today. Have only 1 paper sign when you can let us know before hand. Yes he got his money back but next time please put more signs n let people know!
Evening swim lessons worked well for many families. Wished it would have stayed open until 8 or 9 PM
