What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are mixed, with many visitors praising it as a fun place for kids, highlighting the slides, boards, and spacious, beautiful pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The water is noted as fresh and not overly chlorinated, and there are reportedly many lifeguards. However, some common areas for improvement include limited concession options, and the general atmosphere is considered less suited for adults without children. More critically, serious concerns regarding safety and supervision have been raised: one parent reported a severe bullying incident involving another child and her mother, including alleged threats and a lack of staff intervention, suggesting a potential hate crime. Another review shockingly claims a user was drowning and went unnoticed by staff.

The pool is beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of pool chairs for sun bathing and umbrellas if you want some shade. The water is very fresh and not overly clorined, which they ask guests to take kids to the restroom at the bottom of every hour. There are plenty of lifeguards as well (although, I was surprised the lifeguards don't get umbrellas. Who knows why, maybe they just rotate out often.) The concession could use some better options for sure, but they have snacks and drinks. Altogether, this is a great place to bring the kids. Maybe not the best place to hang out with other adults.

Had a fantastic time with the kids while on vacation, visiting family in the local area. Me and the kids loved the slides and next thing we knew, three hours had went by and the rest of the family was looking for us. Be sure to wear sunscreen and definitely stop here for a good time at the pool.

My son amd his friend went to the pool bash June 23rd 2017. For 2 years we have been working with him to defend himself against bullies and last night he was bullied by a girl and her mom and her mom threatened my son. Some adult or life guard should have seen this taking place and stopped it but no one did. I believe that my son was attack by this mom because he's male and half Mexican which can be considered a hate crime. Her daughter was kicking my son for no reason and pinching him. He asked her to stop several times and she wouldn't stop. In his experience, when he tells anyone he's being bullied they do nothing about it and sweep it under the rug which is why he finally defended himself. I gave a 1 star rating because this whole incident should never have happened and if mom was paying Attention, rather than laying down as she was there to keep an eye on her daughter, then she would have seen her daughter assault my son on several occations be for he took matters into his own hands. My personal feeling, mother and daughter should be life banned. Mother walked right by me rather than talk to me about what happened and get full story. I got same story from 5 kids at 5 different times. I will believe those kids before I believe 2 bullies.
