There are only three benches in this gym, and they all shake to an insane degree. On the lat pulldown station the smaller weights you can add get stuck to the glides, so you can only adjust in 20 lb increments. Also, because there's never an employee around, there's no one that you can tell these issues to + many people don't clean up after themselves.

Downtown location is right across from work. Clean and classy and well equipped. I love that it's rarely busy. Never have to wait for a machine.

I had a membership with them about 3-4 months before covid, I tried to cancel because they didn't allow anybody to use their membership but still charged for it. By the time i went to cancel finally it was cheeper to just let it finish and I made it clear I did not want it to renew. THEY RENEWED ME ANYWAYS AGAINST MY WISHES AND WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. When I called they wanted me to once again pay cancelation fees so I told them to push daisies as I hadn't even lived in the state for 3 months and continued to pay them to finish my year. They have since put it on my credit report without my social somwhow and I haven't paid on principal because it was an unauthorized charge. I got it removed through credit karma but now it's stopping me from buying a house, I have to pay it. Absolutely rediculous to me. These people got 9 months of membership absolutely free of charge because I couldn't even use the gym and now they're going to have to get another $900 from me so I can buy a house. Absolutely horrible business practice in my opinion. It should not be legal to drop something on someone's credit because they no longer want to use your gym and especially when you're automatically renewing whether the person lives in the state, uses the gym, or has told two different customer service reps that they don't want to continue after the end of the current obligations. First and last gym membership I will ever sign up for if this is how gyms work. Idk how these scam artists have as good reviews as they do.
