We went it with no real knowledge of how to care for an in ground pool that was at a home I had recently purchased. We brought the water sample to be tested and Scott was kind enough to write all the instructions and recommendations down. That was our introduction to the pool services at Morgan Hardware, but it has expanded well past that experience. I wish I could document it all to share because above and beyond, -exceeds expectations- does not scratch the surface in describing the help and support that we have gotten from Scott and Morgan Hardware. He got our pool from swamp green to perfectly clear and balanced in 48 hours. He will go out of his way to help and teach in the process. All of the staff we’ve encountered while at the store shopping for other items (mailbox etc.) have been great as well. Can not recommend this place enough!!

Order a product online it was available within 3 days the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am from North Ga so a nice little town to visit also .

Scott really knows his craft and he's knowledgeable on anything you ask him. Forget ask Google, just ask Scott. Employees are friendly and really strive to get what you're looking for. If they don't have it they will find it.

I remember coming here with my grandfather years ago. They are always fast and friendly and 9 times out of 10, they have what you need. Be careful though. If you wander through the store, you're liable to find a lot of stuff you "need". Lol. These are great people!!

The Best hardware store! Best customer service around! My husband and I needed help with getting the water right in our pool and Scott gave us the best advice and helped us fix our pool problems! He knows his stuff and very knowledgeable!
