Well, they’ve got it to where they can’t take reviews or emails. I’m not quite sure I understand but they did great work to my car, but they also damage my car which I had turned to turn back in for two days, which cost me $120 with an Uber and it wasn’t reimbursed. I don’t know if it was overlooked or what maybe some ICs this and does the right thing

Very intelligent staff, helped making a decision much easier. The purchase of our spa was very smooth, and delivery was quick. The techs who set it up was kind enough to provide me with plenty of tips of how to maintain our spa. I highly recommend this business!

Can’t say enough positive things about Pisces Pools and Spas. They are so service oriented. A lot of places are done with you after the sale of a product , but Pisces is there for you just as much if your spa is 10 years old or brand new. Their response time to issues is very timely, and they never try to upsell me on anything. Truly customer service oriented staff!!!

We bought a complete kit from them 1 1/2 year ago. Sand filter, motor, pump. The motor quit working last week. My husband took it in to have them look at it. The owner told him she didn't sell that motor to him. She said the date on it said 2011. He said yes you did and she called him a liar. I had him take the motor in to see if it could have been fixed. If not I was fine with buying a replacement motor from them. I will never ever due any business with them again. I am going to dig out the receipt tonight and mail her a copy to prove she did sell this to me.

a couple years ago we purchased our spa from this place! The staff and everybody in the prices are very decent and everybody is very friendly! We definitely recommend to go here! The hook you up with everything that you need for a pool or spa! Considering a pool in the future!
