About

Family-friendly park featuring a splash pad (for toddlers and big kids alike), plus a skate park.

As Freedom Park Splash Park consists of interactive water features and a splash pad rather than traditional swimming pools, specific temperature information for the water is generally not provided or maintained. The water is typically unheated and at ambient outdoor temperatures, circulating through the various play elements.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? This park is highly regarded as a wonderful, free, and family-friendly destination perfect for kids of all ages to burn energy. It boasts a well-equipped playground with swings and climbing structures, a splash pad (currently undergoing a refresh), and a skate park. Its convenient location near a children's museum and other attractions, along with amenities like ample shaded seating and picnic areas, makes it an ideal spot for an outing. While the park itself receives strong praise, several reviews consistently highlight that the restrooms are in need of maintenance, specifically noting issues with old hand dryers, lack of paper towels, and missing toilet seat covers.

Absolutely great place to take your kids to burn energy! The park is located right beside the splash pad and the children’s museum. All 3 of these attractions are FREE! This is such a fun place to take your energetic toddlers, big kids, and even newly walking babies. If you’re stuck in the hotel waiting for your home on base, this is the perfect spot to burn boredom & energy. The park had bathrooms and several tables for your convenience.

Splash pad has nice features for the hot days, well-appointed playground, and plenty other attractions within walking distance. Bathrooms nearby, and good amount of seating with shade. Great place for a picnic and to let the kiddos blow off some steam.

Almost right across the street from the community so while one of us is grocery shopping the other takes the kiddos to the park. It has a splash park, that looks like it's getting a refresh right now. There's swings and lots of climbing on equipment, along with the skate park.

Great family fun here! Kids love this place. The restrooms need work though. No paper towels, just an old hand dryer that needs replacement.
