Mostly seasonal sites. Did not realize our site was right by main road. Road noise was minimal. Need to update mini golf course. The band Saturday night was great. Pool was good, need to clean bathroom by pool. Update map to show dumpster location, had to ask in store where it was. The golf cart traffic is very busy, especially after event at pavilion. Overall was okay.

We bought a permanent site here back in April. We made the right choice. We love it here!!!! Staff is friendly, courteous, helpful. They are top notch awesome people!!!!! Plenty of things to do and if you need down time or quiet, definitely perfect place. Would recommend friends wanting a home away from home, this is the place!

What a great campground to bring your family. Kids of all ages love this place, they have so much to do. There are a lot of permanent sites that are very well kept. The best I have ever seen. Located between two mountains in a valley. Very scenic. About 70 transient sites that fill up every weekend with families and lots of kids. This is a multi generational family owned and operated campground that takes great pride in what they do. We travel full time in our RV and this year have spent 4 out of the 6 months they are open here and have loved every minute of our stay. We will come back to this place year after year.

Around 25 years ago , we lived in waynesboro , pennsylvania and used to go to Saunderosa faithfully. My wife and I finally got another motor home. And we were just there this past summer of 2023 And just like it was back then. It is still the same. It is an awesome campground. By the way, we live south of Annapolis Maryland now. And we just can't wait for the summer of 2024. To all the good people who run the camp ground. We will see you this summer. 😉😉
