Very disappointed with Erra Pool. I called ahead and was clearly told it’s five dollars per person—kids and adults. Not once did they mention that you must come with someone who has an annual pass to even be allowed in. I drove there, invited a friend who came from forty minutes away, and we were turned away at the entrance. When I explained that I had confirmed the pricing over the phone, they just said, “Sorry, you can’t come in unless you're a guest of a pass holder.” No flexibility, no solution. If the pool is only for members and their guests, that should be made very clear—especially when someone is calling in advance asking about entrance fees. This was a total waste of time and incredibly frustrating. We made different plans instead. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend Erra Pool to anyone.

If there was an option for 0 stars I'd pick that. Rude staff, wasted time because apparently you can't go in there and pay daily fee, you have to be a member or be with a member, when we called and made plans non of that was mentioned. When we got there they refused to let us in. Anyhow, good luck with this place. Not much for kids to do anyways.

Beautiful views. Lots of shaded areas and a snack bar. Picnic tables but you can bring your own chairs in.
