My kids have been there for over 2 years. They have a good staff with an amazing app to keep tracks all the process. Especially Livian, she’s very kind, friendly and responsible.

My daughter started with swim lessons here for a few months and made very little progress. When I expressed some concern, the staff was responsive and told me there was a note in the file and the teacher would reach out. Never heard from anyone. While everyone was nice and other families seemed happy, I didn’t feel this was a good fit. I ended up going to Blue Gems instead and what a difference. In a few weeks, my daughter was putting her head under the water and it feels like she’s really learning now.

We’ve had a great experience here! The instructors are friendly and laid back, which makes class feel fun and not stressful at all. We've definitely arrived a few minutes late a couple times and it's easy to just jump in. The last time we went, our daughter was having a bad day and they offered to give us a class back for a make-up time (completely unprompted!). Outside of that, my daughter looks forward to the welcome song every week—in general she loves the songs. And her progress has blown us away. She’s not even 2 and she’s jumping off the side of the pool by herself and doing beautiful back floats (we still keep a hand under her neck, but she does the rest on her own!). The focus on safety is obvious—they’re always careful and even update their approach when new best practices come out. Since starting, they've adjusted a few activities based on new safety practices. I also really appreciate how small the classes are. It's rare that there are more than 5 kids per instructor. When classes are bigger, they add an instructor. So the instructors always make a point to check in with each child/parent pair during every class. The new non-slip flooring in the changing rooms is great—and the staff are consistently warm and welcoming. The app makes everything so easy. I can see which skills my daughter’s working on, what she needs to move up, and even schedule make-up lessons without any hassle. If she's sick morning of, I can easily go into the app to let them know she'll miss that day, no penalty.

We recently enrolled our little boy for swim lessons he loves this place, the teachers are friendly, patient and professional. They help kids feel comfortable with entering and staying in the water. The space is clean and well maintained. The prices are competitive compared with other swim schools like goldfish swim schools but definitely more than the park district program but it's worth the service received.
