Do not listen to the ticket people, if you booked a cabana, bring your WHOLE party to the group desk, they do not give you 12 bracelets like the emails says, they hold the bracelets hostage and you can get more of additional people show up. The people at the group desk are not very friendly. I am certain they are the ones responding to all the negative reviews. And will have a lot to say to me I'm sure 😎 The park was a lot of fun, the kids enjoyed it. The wave pool was fun, but needs some fresh paint. Other staff was friendly, just not the people at the group desk where you get your cabana and one of them was the manager if you could believe that 🙄 They should hire more professional people to be the face of the company, IMO.

This is a great place!! Whether you are a newborn child or a 100 year old adult, there's something here for you. Everyone was smiling, laughing and/or screaming with joy. The park was clean, the staff was friendly and safety minded, and the prices were quite affordable. "The Courthouse" was closed, but everything else was up and running as soon as the park opened. The bathrooms and lockers are centrally located, so no peeing in the world class wave pool 😂🤣😂😉

So much family fun! We went closer to the end of the season, which turned out to be a great choice because the crowds weren’t overwhelming, and we were able to move around the park comfortably. Even though it wasn’t packed, the energy was still there, and we had an absolutely wonderful time together. The park itself is very clean and well maintained, and I really appreciated how many lifeguards and staff members were on duty. The strong focus on safety helped us feel relaxed and at ease, knowing the kids could enjoy themselves while we could also have fun. Every ride and pool area we tried felt secure and well supervised. There’s such a great variety of attractions—whether you’re looking to float lazily in the river, splash in the wave pool, or go for something more thrilling like the slides, there’s truly something for everyone. It’s the kind of place where both kids and adults can find their own favorites. I totally recommend this park to families who want a day full of fun without stress. The only thing I wish is that the park stayed open later in the evenings. It would be amazing if they added fireworks, live music, or some kind of nighttime entertainment to extend the experience—it would make an already great place even more special. Regardless, it was a WONDERFUL DAY that we’ll definitely remember, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

I am truly disappointed with my recent trip to Deep River Waterpark. The wave pool was plagued with debris, including trash and Band-Aids that stuck to our swimsuits, making it impossible to enjoy. Additionally, the areas surrounding the lazy river were overrun with overgrown weeds. Given the steep entry fee of $30, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

The best value is to buy a seasonal pass around Christmas time where you can get a pass that’s valid for the entire summer for only $99 per person
