I love this gym! Friendly staff, clean / vast equipment selection, spacious, and various group fitness options. For the cost in the area it is a great value. The team is receptive to feedback from members.

I am one to never really post about my experience unless I really enjoyed it. I came here as a guest with my daughter, the gym is very nice and the staff are all so friendly; especially Rachel and Anna! Those two have such a positive and genuine energy! This is the first gym that I have visited in Chicago that I would actually consider getting a membership if I weren’t just visiting !

I have been coming to this location for a long time now, and nothing really prompted me to make a review until now because of Anna at the front desk. I have always enjoyed the welcome ins from the front desk but Anna makes it extra special for us regulars. She takes the time when it is not rush hours to ask how our week has been, plans for the weekend and remembers things since we last chatted. I told her that I was going to get a haircut and the next day when I saw her, she complimented my haircut. While compliments are always nice, I could feel that she really wants to make all the regulars peeps feel welcomed and respected. It’s tough to always find the motivation to go and get your workout in, but at this location, with these amazing types of folks, I’m sure the new folks will appreciate this high level of hospitality. Great work Gold Coast.

Anna at the front desk is such a darling! I visited with a friend here to do a yoga class and had some questions. Anna went above and beyond to make sure I got the answers. I felt very comfortable and at ease talking to her. The gym is very big and has more than enough equipments for your workout. There is also a cafe to grab some food after a workout. Overall I can see why it is a popular gym.
