Recently came here, I was in the pool for about 30 - 40 minutes I was wearing jean shorts but was never told anything about not being able to wear them when seen getting in and out of the pool , once I got out to go eat I was told I couldn’t go back in because of my shorts which I was fine with although when they came to tell me they saw my younger sibling which was in swimming shorts and a shirt but never got told anything at the moment , my sibling and my younger sibling went back in to go swim but then he got told he couldn’t be in the pool because of his shirt so he came to let me know I told him just to take it off but then my sibling told me that it was because of the shirt AND the shorts which were swimming shorts, at that point it just felt a little personal because when he tried to get back in with only his shorts 2 extra lifeguards were called just to stare at him for some reason and for one of them to laugh. We kept being stared at even though we weren’t in the pool anymore so we just ended up not feeling comfortable anymore.

This pool is complete garbage. For being one of the only kid-friendly recreation things available for children in this town, they are an absolute drag. They have extremely odd hours with very limited availability. Life vests are required for toddlers but not provided and if the life vest isn't Coast Guard approved, you are unable to enter the facility at all, even though your child doesn't have to wear the life vest once they enter. Totally sucks here.
