My family has lived here for over a year now and it has been such a great community! My kids have made lots of friends that live in here too and it is a safe neighborhood for them to run around to play. The pool was so nice over summer, we were there almost every day. The manager of the park is also such an angel! Cares about the people who live here and make sure everyone is taken care of while improving the community as well. I would highly recommend living here!!

I owned my home outright. Paid my lot rent. DM decided she didn't want to renew my lease. Filed eviction. I was forced to sell my home as I couldn't afford to move it. Her actions displaced our family of 5. She is also doing this to many others in the park as well. If she decides she doesn't like you, you're next. This is public information, please check it out with public courthouse records before falling victim to her.

I am disappointed in how things are run and taken care of in the park! The pool has not been open but once in the 4 years I have been here! When it was open the pumps were broken and chlorine was just being dumped in the pool! It was NASTY! Oh and to even use the pool you have to pay $50! CRAZY!!! The street signs and speed limit signs are broken off or missing! The lot rent has raised twice in four years! To get in contact with anyone in the office is nearly impossible! The only time you hear from someone is through a letter by mail! I have seen this park decline since I have been here!

Gets worse every year. Owner and manager allowing park to go downhill. Pool not opened for last 2 years and weeds growing up and trash in streets. Seen a couple reviews stretching the truth quite a bit on how well taken care of this park is. One from a month ago actually said is pool is nice and well kept.. Not open at all this year again. Take a drive thru and see the truth.

The pool has only been open 1 season in the past 6 years plus there are hardly no street signs. People have junk around their mobile homes. The 1 season that the pool was open the pump on the pool didn't work. All the trees need to be trimmed and the water comes across the road and builds up in peoples yards. The worst part is they want to up the rent again in a year. I would like to know what mobile home park you were in Cody there was NO POOL open at Peachtree Pointe.
