Family-friendly aquatic center featuring lifeguarded pools, diving boards, zero-depth entries, waterslides and a park.
The exact pool temperatures for Valley Mission Pool are not explicitly published; however, public community pools are generally heated to a comfortable temperature for swimmer enjoyment during their operational season.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed, but largely negative, view of the facility. Positive aspects include its affordability (only $1 entry), suitability for families, kids, and dogs, and the pleasant outdoor environment with beautiful grass and trees, making it a good place to hang out in the summer. However, numerous and recurring negative issues are highlighted, primarily centered around extremely poor customer service, communication breakdowns, and unhelpful or argumentative staff, including management. Operational inconsistencies are a major pain point, with complaints about inaccurate online hours, unexpected or unexplained pool closures (sometimes for short, inconvenient durations), and inconsistent application of rules regarding swim tests, retesting, and charging on supposedly 'free' days. Some reviewers also noted the pool's small size and short operating hours.

I love the place Just wish they opened the pool earlier. Other than that the place is great for parties and swimming in the summer and great for kids and dogs the grass is beautiful and the trees make for an amazing place to hang out in the summer.
Horrible customer service horrible communication skills my wife arrived at 12:20 and was not told that the pool was closing in ten minutes for its whatever reason (which was not explained) for 30 minutes and then was told that she would not have to pay again to come back in, just to be told otherwise when she came back at 1 pm. then be argued with w not only the staff but a manager who came in supposedly off duty to argue with my wife. this seems to be an ongoing issue because this was an issue last year from other bad reviews about the service at this location The only positive about this location is it's only a dollar to get in the water
Very frustrated with this pool - our family reunion of 60 people paid to reserve the pool as we have done for the last seven or eight years. My daughters are great swimmers and are always allowed to use the diving board and can swim in the deep end. I guess there must be new people working there, because this year they did not let them even though they’ve always used the deep end in the past. They had the girls do a swim test, which is fine (although in the past they never did this), but when the employee mistook one of the girls for my daughter who did not pass, they would not let her retest even though we asked repeatedly. Utterly rejected, my daughter & I decided to leave because she could not swim with some of her cousins who are not as good a swimmer as her. My sister told me later that they did allow some kids to retest, but we had left by then. Definitely not a good experience at this place 😡😡😡
They really need to update their hours online. Two times in a row I show up with my daughter and they're closed when it says they should be open. Today I arrived at 3 PM, says open 1-5 and they say their closing for their first session and will reopen from 3:30-5. Closing for 30 minutes to reopen for an hour and a half?
Small pool, hours are short and they charge people on free Fridays . The people that currently work here have no costumer service skills and the hrs were listed wrong on here at first but I updated them. There’s two other pools that are a little further away but worth it.
