3 mile drive down washboard road. Full service section is door to door. No shade. They do have a pool & restrooms/showers. Free Wifi only works in this area. The tent camping is down the road . Road is rough! There are picnic tables & fire rings. However, if you go all the way to the last road to the left you BETTER HAVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE!! The road is treacherous ‼️ Wifi does not work in tent area On the bright side - they do offer 10% senior discount. Also, they are CASH ONLY.
This is the type of place I'm hesitant to review, only cause I don't want it to get too crowded. But this Rv park is the best combination of nature and all the necasary amenities. Full hookups, a wonderful pool and clean restrooms. It is a wonderful location full of wonderful people! Lots of history and a great family to be caretakers of the land and the lore. It's a bit out there, but that's the draw. Dirt road was well maintained and it was even graded during our stay. If you want a Rv park with a mascot and a ton of asphalt this may not be for you. But if you want a outdoors experience where everything works as it should and is loved and cared for by a family that is proud of what they have (as they should be) this is my #1 recomondation in the state. Our girls 5/8 had a fantastic time with play with the kids of the family and were so sad to leave! This will be a place we visit as often as possible for as long as we can!
Went in an RV. They had pretty good wifi (for out in basically the middle of nowhere), watch out for deer flies, spiders, and snakes!! They have a pool which was pretty cool. Camp fire areas, made s'mores!! (Yummy) They also have a vending machine, pretty cool!! Not a hotel though. (Google is saying it is I think lol)
Great remote location not too far from town/hwy, beautiful scenery, friendly staff, refreshing pool which is a blessing during summer months, in the bathrooms: showers, sinks, toilets, electric outlets; ice & firewood available on site.
The management was nice it cost $56 for a night stay it’s 4miles off from rt 50 the bathroom was clean it had a nice pool we didn’t use
