Great fun for the kiddo and the splash pad is a very inexpensive way to stay cool in the summer.

I highly recommend the swimming lessons offered here. I enrolled my four children, aged 2, 5, 7, and 11, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of instruction they received. The instructors demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness, creating a positive and supportive learning environment for my children.

Atmosphere was nice. Lifeguards in place so I felt safer with my 7 year old there! Not much privacy, though. Seemed we were kind of on top of each other also because it was crowded.

My two youngest boys (7 & 4 yo) are in swim lessons there. The instructors are amazing!! They have endless patience with these kids (some are kicking & screaming, scared to death) and still manage to get through to the kids just the same. It's so important to me that they be able to save themselves if they ever have to. Their lessons are only half way done & they're already there!

Make sure you get your season pass from the recreation department before heading to the pool, its definitely worth it. You can find more info online including times the pool is open for members. The staff is very friendly and the pool is always clean. Seating and space is a bit limited at busy times though. There are three sections in the pool. One in the shallow end for everyone, a deeper space for advanced lap swimmers, and one for diving off the diving board. There is also a kiddie pool off to the side for those 4 years and under.
