Great small town business! They are very personable and very approachable. They love their customers and are proud of their town. We've been customers since Hurricane Helene. They opened just to ensure people had a place to go to get gas to survive. Wonderful people!

I have been a long time Customer of Ridge, have always paid Lock In price. Ridge has always charged a Higher Lock in price for a Smaller Tank, even though im on the route. Well i asked and asked for a larger tank, The Boss Lady refused. So i added a Generator to the tank and i need more Propane, i asked for a Bigger Tank, they said i dont need it. I said how do you know? Why is my Lockin price 30 Cent per Gallon more than a person with a Larger Tank? They said well they would give me a Larger Tank, but NOW i have to pay a Tank Rental Fee because they changed their Policy. Even though im on the Route. Well i said i dont think yall want me as a Customer, had enough of this. I called Barnes Oil and Gas. They sold me the SAME tank i have with Ridge for 300 Dollars, and gave me Propane for 2.30 PER GALLON and offered me Lock In price of 2.30 PER GALLON, put me on the Route, gave me NO SURCHARGE to Deliver AND said i will always pay the LOWER price that when i Lock In, that jut means i dont pay MORE than that price!!! Ridge Lock in was 3.09 PER GALLON, plus i pay a Surcharge. Talk about getting done dirty, WOW i thought better if them than that. I encourage others to Start shopping, its time for Ridge LP to Remember the Business they USED to be and NOT the Business they have BECOME

Ridge provided and installed gas logs in our masonry fireplace during the winter of 2018. They are also our propane provider. We are extremely happy with both their in-home work and their propane tank servicing. They are good, honest people and we recommend them with the highest of confidence to anyone in the area.
