This place is a joke and will take your money and not give you a refund for anything. My wife and three kids arrived to go swimming. We are both members of this place. We buy two guest passes. We walk in and we see everybody’s out of the pool. I asked the people at the front what’s going on they said they expect to open at 5:10. Keep in mind our receipt shows we purchased our tickets at 4:41 PM and no one mentioned that there’s currently a weather delay. I must also say there’s no clear obvious weather conditions at the moment. But we wait I then ask at 5:25 what’s going on and I’m told that it’s gonna be 530 now Because of the last clap of thunder at 5 o’clock. Funny thing is my receipt was time stamped 4:41pm, there had been no thunder since we had arrived in again. Everyone was already out of the pool. I spoke with the manager, the manager there said that there’s no refunds and pointing me to the sign in front of the building please see picture below. As the sign placed for no refund is right at the gate after you’ve already purchased tickets so you tell me this place is not just trying to take peoples money and be opportunistic during a storm.

I’m being for real do not listen to all those other reviews saying fake stuff. This review is didn’t tell everything that is real first of all when you arrive there it is $10 per person. That is the actual price the Food is kind of overpriced, but it’s not that expensive but I think it should be a little cheaper but still affordable There are slides only two at First, the pool is like 0 feet deep and then the more you go the deeper it gets it goes up to 5 feet The waterslides were so much fun in total, I paid $50 to get in With my whole family The water park open at 11 and End at 7 PM So if you If you buy the ticket thing, you get to spend the whole day until it closes there give you a heads up randomly they’re gonna be saying all the kids get out the pool and only adults in children under three can get in but then after a few minutes all the children can come back in that might sound a little bit confusing, but I’ll make so much sense after you arrive please listen to my review because this is closer to modern time. And this is not like a five year old comment or whatever please listen to me I am not lying!

Aggravated Review: I am absolutely FURIOUS with our experience at Big Splash today. We waited in a ridiculous line for nearly TWO HOURS in the blazing 97-degree heat, just standing there drenched in sweat — and for what? Because someone pooped in the pool and they had to “clean it up.” I get that accidents happen, but the way this was handled was an absolute disaster. There was zero communication, no shade, no water offered to the guests, and no updates on when we could even expect to get in. Just a miserable crowd standing in the sun while staff scrambled around doing who knows what. No apologies, no compensation — just endless waiting in a heatwave while the smell of chlorine and frustration filled the air. We paid good money for this, and we didn’t even get to enjoy the park properly. Total waste of time and money. Do better, Big Splash. This was completely unacceptable.

Last year, 5 star review. This year, they lose a star. Unfortunately, they are only open until 7 and MANY of us work 5-6 days a week just to survive. By the time I get off work at five… it’s barely worth going there for maybe an hour. Also, later in the day ( after most get off) , the concession stand is typically closed. I REALLY hope they staff better next season! The pool is clean, and good for younger kids though.

Best time to go if you don't like crowds is from 4pm until close. My grandsons ages 15 and 13 spent the two hours we were there either in the pool or going down the slides. I basically just people watched sitting comfortably on one of the many chaises.
