About

Health club with amenities such as tennis courts, a pool, a sauna, and a steam room, plus a tiki bar.

The facility features multiple pools: a main lap pool typically maintained at a comfortable 79-80°F (26-27°C) for swimming, and a dedicated warm water therapy pool kept at a warmer 90-92°F (32-33°C) for rehabilitation and relaxation.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this 'Executive' club indicate a mixed but predominantly negative experience. While some members praise the general cleanliness, ample parking, and availability of machines, especially for the Value membership, significant issues are consistently raised. Primary complaints include freezing pool temperatures, particularly affecting babies and young children in swim lessons, with the indoor pool reportedly not being heated when the swim team is absent. The outdoor pool's accessibility for Premium members is severely limited due to the swim team monopolizing most lanes during peak hours. Other notable problems include a persistent lack of hot water in showers, billing inaccuracies where members were charged post-cancellation without refunds, and an 'outrageous' exclusivity policy that denies day passes to non-members unless they know an existing member, which contradicts the club's 'community-focused' marketing. These issues lead to a perception of members paying for services they cannot fully utilize or being subject to unfair and non-transparent policies.

Overall decent and fairly clean. My issue is with the Premium membership that gives only limited access to the outdoor pool as the priority goes to the Swim Team, not members. (1) Value membership - Rather on the expensive side but plenty of machines that are available even in the afternoon hours. Clean and big enough locker rooms, plenty of parking space. Surprising benefit is the on-site complimentary health check. (2) Premium membership - You have to upgrade (and logically pay more) to Premium to use the outdoor pool. Unfortunately nobody will tell you that the Swim Team uses 5 out of 6 lanes of the pool from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 8pm (sometimes even 9pm). In other words, as an adult who wants to go swimming outdoors and use the Premium membership after work, you can only one already crowded lane with a bunch of other adults, adjacent pool for kids or a splash pad. I find it surreal that the Swim Team gets a priority in the outdoor pool and everyone seems to think it is normal to pay for a pool that you cannot use after work. But I guess if all of the Swim Team members had to upgrade to Premium too, there goes easy money for the owner irrespective of how ridiculous it is. We are sucking the situation up for our kid but will cancel the Premium once we find a new pool that we can use and are not paying to watch the Swim Team swim.

Have been hearing about the illustrious Executive for years now and was excited to start swimming lessons this year for my 9 month old. The pool is freezing! His lips turned blue today and his teeth were chattering. I overheard the instructor say “the swim team is in Florida this week and they don’t heat the indoor pool when they are gone.” Excuse me?! What about the BABIES that are paying for swim lessons. But ok.. I figured hey it’s only a 30 minute lesson he will have a warm shower before we change him into dry clothes. After our first lesson we stood at the showers in the family changing area for 5 minutes - no hot water. Then I tried the women’s locker room - same story. We reported it to the guy at the front desk and he said “oh this is a known problem you have to run the water for at least 10 minutes.” So after our second swim lesson my husband left the lesson 10 minutes early to run the water (which feels environmentally irresponsible btw) and guess what, still no hot water! Can we get our money back? It looks like the sign on the front of the building is about to fall off and I have no idea why anyone pays money to come here.

Absolute crap. I moved to Oregon for six months and they continued my membership after I paid the 1200$ for the year charging me for two months $200+ dollars when I never checked in and had the audacity to ask me for proof that I moved such as bills for my HOA and to top it off they couldn’t refund me. For the “Executive” that’s pretty average nickel and dime gym if you ask me. Got the emails to prove upon request. Hit me up if they rooked you too!

Our daughter took swim lessons here. The instructor was great. But the pool is FREEZING, especially for the younger kids. Our friends did warn us about this, so we kinda expected it, but honestly we’re surprised at how cold it actually was!!! It is definitely disappointing because we would continue to go to swim lessons here if the pool was warmer. We expressed this to our instructor and she even said she was surprised they kept it so cold with babies in the pool… our daughter’s lips would literally turn PURPLE. Needless to say we couldn’t participate in the full 30 minute lesson.

Called and was told “$40 for a day pass”. Seemed steep but I wanted to check the facility out as I’d heard it was nice. Showed up only to be told that “because I don’t know any members, I wouldn’t be allowed in” and apparently there’s no exception. I am a resident of NH and a resident of Manchester and it is absolutely outrageous that there exists a club so exclusive that they are allowed to shoo away paying customers of this community simply because they don’t have the “privilege” of knowing any of the members of their special little club. The attendants at the front desk were as nice as they could be about the situation, considering they clearly have to save face on behalf of what I can only imagine are pompous, nouveau riche scumbags that own and run this “exclusive” club. I suppose I’ll sleep well at night knowing that the Executive Health & Sports Center are safe from the rest of us deplorable members of the community who apparently can’t be trusted or respected enough to be permitted to spend our hard-earned money to inconvenience them with our presence. The owners of this club should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and their exclusionary policies towards members of their community. I was highly considering signing up for a membership here, but not any longer. Their website describes themselves as “community-focused” -absolutely laughable. These people don’t deserve anyone’s business.
