Tonya’s water aerobics class helped me develop cardio and muscle strength and endurance after too many years of little exercise and several surgeries. Everyone can start at their own level. I really enjoy class, seeing myself get healthier and stronger, and the warm encouragement of new friends I see each week. Tonya’s coaching helps me get the most out of my workout with no injuries. I have been taking Tonya’s water aerobics class now for a few years & I LOVE it!! It’s the best class I have ever taken! She works the entire body. She also is great with offering alternative moves if you have an issue you are dealing with. I highly recommend Tonya whether you are looking for an exercise workout in the pool or need some rehab.
Attending a Water Aerobics class with Tonya includes some quick aerobic movements in the pool, water weights, and stretching. She uses a lot of variety and is mindful of everyone's ability. She is a great encourager. Attending class on a regular basis helps me feel better and helps prevent physical injuries.
Tonya has helped me since 2023 both in the pool for knee rehab and weights/exercise programs in the gym. She has been perfectly dependable, communicates well both in writing & in person, and most importantly is SO knowledgeable on the issues that a 67-yr-old cares about. I take Tonya’s aqua exercise class every Tuesday and Thursday. And every time I wake up on those days I get excited that I have class. I’m not exaggerating! I’ve done a lot of different exercise programs over the years and Tonya’s is the only one I’ve ever felt that I received a full-body workout AND had fun while doing it. Thank you, Tonya!
