Pool is not open when they say they're not open online

I been coming to the YMCA since I was thirteen years old with my mom and throughout the years I notice the staff has become lazy . I don’t see the staff walking around anymore, watching around, or telling people to please rack the weights . There’s only a giant board of rules ....that’s it! Above all of that yesterday I was rushing my workout because they were closing early. I only had fifth teen minutes to work out , I feel sorry for those people who get out late for work and still have to pay for there membership. I might as well cancel my membership.

Terrible experience especially after I left I move a lot for work and I called to see if I could cancel my membership over call. They said I had to do it over email and I’ve sent over 13 emails over the past year and am still being charged
