We had our daughter enrolled for a little over a year. Pros: - 1x1 lessons - Clean facility Cons: -We had constant issues of them canceling the same day of our class due to outage. At times it went weeks without classes which severely impacts a child's ability to learn through repetition. Eventually our instructor left the company and we were promised make up sessions which we never received (despite paying for them). - Policies: Their policy prevents you from getting credit if you need to cancel due to vacation or other pre-announced outages. Yet, they were allowed to cancel without a backfill the same day of your lesson. I felt this was a double standard I'm thankful for the brief time my daughter had lessons, but overall I couldn't recommend this company.
