Absolutely the worst experience yesterday. It was my daughter's 7th birthday party that was booked over a month ago and we HAD to prepay 300$. We paid for 30 swimmers, two hours and the water slide. At no point in time was it mentioned to me that the public free swim would occur just before our party time. Someone "had an accident" in the pool during the free swim. Okay, accidents happen but what is not okay is they did not call me before hand (free swim ends at 4:30, party started at 5). So a party of 20 little swimmers show up excited to jump in to be told we couldn't use it. Can you imagine the disappointment for these kids, it was terrible. A bunch of teenagers are working the desk, give a pitiful "I'm sorry" about your party and ask if I want to reschedule an entire birthday party on the spot? Ridiculous. So I decline ask for a refund and they say no problem, wait 20 minutes for my manager to arrive. So I waited outside for 20 minutes for said manager to arrive to be told to fill out a paper and REQUEST my refund back that will not be issued for another 3-4 weeks. At no point in time did the manager come out to talk to me, sent the previous employee to give me this information. No compensation and no customer service. So if you are thinking about booking a party here be cautious. It would make a whole lot more sense for this establishment to have prepaid parties before they have free swim of 70+ people in the pool!
