Mark and staff at the Crossville location are wonderful folks. Even though I have a different brand of hot tub, Mark has been exceptionally helpful in orienting me on servicing my hot tub and keeping the water balanced. It's not often that you meet someone who speaks from the heart when he says "I just like to help people". I recommend this business with as high a rating as I can give it. If you are in the market for a hot tub to boost your wellness, you can't go wrong with Hot Tubs of Tennessee.

We had the pleasure of working with Logan to help us pick our very first hot tub!! She was fabulous and helped us to see all the features of the hot tubs. She even stayed a hour after closing to get everything all finalized. We are so excited to have our hot tub delivered and can’t wait to spend time with family in our own retreat!

I want to recommend this fantastic company to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub! We met with our salesperson, Logan , on a Sunday afternoon and it was a pleasure. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Their showroom has many tubs, all at reasonable prices. After we bought our hot tub on our first visit, the company stayed in constant contact with us regarding deliver and setup. All of the employees that we spoke with and met with were friendly and helpful , providing exceptional service. This is the third time we have purchased a hot tub and I can honestly say this has been a wonderful experience!

We usually don’t write reviews but our experience with Hot Tubs of Tennessee in Crossville was so great we wanted to give our 5 stars. From the first phone call to our purchase Logan was so nice and helpful, no pressure, and she took as much time with us as we needed. She is top-notch and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with the entire process. Would highly recommend this company and location and make sure you ask for Logan.
