If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would. I made a reservation and checked in, only to be met with an unacceptable and unsafe environment. The entire building reeked of marijuana, and the lock on the hotel door leading to the open hallway was broken. The condition of the room was appalling—yellowed pillows, holes in the walls, and bodily fluids in the restroom. The microwave and mini-fridge were visibly rusted and appeared to have gone months without proper cleaning. The sheets and towels were far from white, and exposed electrical wires posed a serious safety hazard. What was most concerning, however, was the security risk. While walking to our room, we witnessed young individuals going door to door, jiggling handles, and easily opening doors without keys. Within an hour of checking in, we immediately requested a refund from the front desk, as we did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this establishment. The next day, the manager refused to process a refund, stating that we should have viewed another room first—something that was never communicated to us at check-out. This was a complete waste of money and a highly distressing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. Do not make the same mistake we did—your safety and cleanliness should never be compromised.

It was disgustingThere was roaches, the floors were dirty and there's mold in the bathrooms.There's false advertisement for a pool, free breakfast. It was the worst experience I've ever experienced at a motel.

If I could give lower rating I would! I made a reservation and checked in. The entire building smelt like weed. The lock on the hotel door leading to the open hallway was broken. The pillows were yellow. There were holes in the wall. There are bodily fluids in the restroom. The microwave and mini fridge are rusty crusty and look like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Sheets and towels were no longer white. There were exposed wires on the electrical plug ins. And while going to the room there were young adults going door to door simply jiggling the handles and popping the doors open with no key. Within an hour of checking in we were talking to desk clerk asking for a refund because WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE OR CLEAN STAYING IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. As of now it’s the next day and the manager is saying we can’t get a refund because we didn’t want to stay in another room of theirs. The front clerk when we were leaving didn’t tell us that we had to look at another room to be able to get a refund. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!! Don’t make the same mistake we did. Stay as far away from this place as possible!!

The 'Off the Highway' location is great. But this certainly isn't the Ramada Limited, it used to be. I used to come to this building as a kid just for a night out of rhe house, and the heated pool. Now I'm just disappointed. It's really gone down hill. And the place needs some SERIOUS work. Not to mention, behind the building where people can't see very well, it's a literal TRASH DUMP. I wonder if the city knows about that.... surely not! We checked in for one night, and checked out a few minutes later. The pool was closed, a lady staying there said it's been closed for weeks.

A nice shower. The room itself was filthy. Carpets are not clean, the public areas are not maintained well. Trash was overflowing from the bins. The bathroom had walls needing to be fixed and random things stuck to them. Refrigerator, microwave, or dirty trash was left in the room from the last occupant. Overall, the place to stay, but I would not recommend unless you truly can’t afford something better.
