My family and I loved the indoor pool, the miniature golf, tennis and basketball courts. The showers and restrooms were well maintained and bright. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool and cabin were great! We stayed for 3 days & celebrated our daughter’s 12th birthday with 5 of her friends. On 5/29/24, (Day 1) We arrived to the pool about 530PM. The gentleman welcomed & greeted us with a smile. On 5/30/24 (Day 2, our daughter’s actual birthday) Bobby & Carol didn’t greet us. In fact it was totally opposite. We felt attacked with the many questions they asked. I stood and waited to listen to the customer behind us, who also had 3 children. Bobby nor Carol asked any them questions as they smiled and greeted them. We felt a strong sense of racism. We’re black. On 5/30/24 (Day 3) once again Bobby didn’t greet us. Bobby told us there was a new rule implemented this morning, in which we needed to go shower immediately, to wash off our body oils prior to entering their pool. We complied. Out of the other 18 “white” customers, only 1 showered prior to entering the pool. Bobby saw them and said nothing, but we had to shower immediately. We were also told we couldn’t swim in the shallow in due to an aerobics class. This is something that should be communicated when booking. Bobby and Carol need to find another job because customer service is not their area of expertise. If Bobby and Carol remain at Eagle Mountain Recreation Center they both need training in cultural awareness and diversity. Although we enjoyed our cabin and our host, we won’t be returning to visit.

Love this place! We mostly use the indoor pool which is never over crowded, its always clean & super friendly staff!!

The lady at the front desk gets all these stars. Arcade is ok. Gym is nice. Pool was ok. Kiddies pool wa dirty. Miniature golf was fun.

Pool wasn't really warm, but the kids enjoyed it all the same. Great place to relax with the kids during Christmas Break
