Ms. Liz had excellent customer service. She treated us like family but better, without the lies and deceit. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and she helped ensure my children were taken care of and safe until I returned. Totally above and beyond. Location of hotel and people around it didn't phase me because her kindness made everything great. Thank you OYO for having her on your team, as well as the other employees that have been a blessing to us!

So the prices are really great. However none of it was worth the bed bugs or mice, after our stay they refused to return our deposit claiming the old owner had my money. I’ve tried contacting the old owner for a week now without any luck and was only yelled at by the disgusting excuse fan human at the front desk. Go anywhere else these people are crooks

So ima start with the housekeeper is a very rude man when we got there at 4:30 p.m he was still "cleaning" the room when he was finished we went in there and he said he mopped and the floor still had dirt and stuff on it, the tub had hairs still in it!! And it's 8:40 p.m while I'm writing this we was in our room just a few hours and my sister didn't have helps or bite marks on her legs when we got there and outta nowhere she started itching and when she looked down she see's a bed bug crawling on her!!! When we go to the office to tell them we was leaving the man that "cleaned" the room says that's not possible I jus cleaned that room!! We told him keep the day but can we get refunded for the 2 nights we are not staying an he starts to get even ruder with us! Mind you i had to go ask him for toilet paper cause there was none in there and he slick had a attitude when I asked him for that.. So if any of yall are thinking about staying here just click the back button and find a different hotel cause I promise there are better ones that don't have bed bugs and the employees don't have attitudes with u or do they act like their jobs is so hard!! My 33 years of living this is the worst I've stayed at

I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the staff at this hotel. These guys are truly amazing. No matter the time, weather, or circumstances rain, sleet, or snow they are always there when you need them. Their dedication goes above and beyond anything I’ve experienced. When I was struggling to find something to eat, they stepped up and made sure I was nourished. That level of care and kindness made me feel like I was part of their family, not just a guest. Their hospitality is unmatched, and they create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and supportive. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about your well-being, this is it. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Highly recommended!

Cash deposit required for all reservations. They verify pillows and towels are in fact in the room after check out, so make sure you were given ALL because you will pay from your deposit. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT pay for your room online. I paid for my room online and went to check in (at 4:00pm) and was told the room wasn’t clean and they didn’t know when the room would be ready. The motel will NOT refund the cost of the room. You are supposed to wait an unknown amount of time. ??? How does a motel stay in business like that? Check in is clearly marked 2:00pm. DO NOT waste your time or money here.
