What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this swimming facility are mixed. Several visitors expressed frustration due to unclear communication on the website and phone, leading to disappointing experiences, especially for families. Specific complaints include not explicitly stating that the pool was only open for adult lap swim or that the children's side was closed, which led to ruined birthday plans for some. Others reported locked doors and unanswered calls despite the website indicating open hours. On the positive side, some users praised the facility for its affordability ($6 entry), friendly staff, and unlimited swim time. It features separate pools for kids and adults, with the adult pool ranging from 4-12 feet deep. It is also appreciated by those using it for competitive swimming or to watch events. A new public swimming schedule was noted (Mon-Fri 6-9 pm, Sat 12-5 pm), and one user suggested bringing a lock while wishing the water was slightly warmer.

Unclear website and phone call lead to a very disappointing birthday for my son. We will not be returning. We were looking for a last minute activity to do on my 4 year old’s birthday since it ended up being surprisingly cold for a May 20th and our other ideas feel through. We Looked on the website and called and they said we were open. But nowhere was it stated explicitly stated that it was not open to children and that half the pool (the children’s side) was closed. Someone that is not familiar whatsoever with swim terms would not know that “open to lap swim” means only adults allowed.
NEW SCHEDULE FOR PUBLIC SWIMMING: mon-fri 6-9 pm, Saturdays 12-5 pm!! I visited this indoor pool today for public swimming. Good place with all the essentials and affordable price. Friendly staff. $6 one day entry. I was surprised by unlimited swimming. It is not 30 mins like in all of those fancy gyms. You can swim here as long as you can. Two separate pools for kids and adults. Adults pool depth is 4-12 feet. I wish water was just slightly warmer. Will be coming back. If you are interested in visiting this pool would be great to take your lock with you.
Great facility to watch my nephew’s diving competition!
We went there thinking we would have a fun family day but no this pool had other plans we go and as we’re trying to walk in there, the door is locked so we can’t even get it so we look on the website. It says they’re open. We call them and we get no answer so I don’t like this place anymore and I read a one star.
We appreciate being able to bring our daughter here to swim competitively.
