About

Clean, kid-friendly facility featuring an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with slides.

Specific pool temperatures for the Lebanon Aquatic Center are not consistently published or readily available online. As a seasonal outdoor facility, the pools are generally maintained at a comfortable temperature for recreational swimming, which can be influenced by ambient weather conditions during its operating season.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility is generally well-regarded as a fun, family-friendly, clean, and budget-friendly destination, offering both indoor and outdoor pools with a waterslide, and water aerobics. Positive mentions highlight approachable lifeguards, excellent swim instructors like Chloe, and good prices. However, a significant area of concern involves the inconsistent communication and application of pool rules. Reviewers express confusion and frustration regarding the 10 or 15-minute 'rest periods,' particularly when children are asked to exit while adults are still allowed to swim, or when these rules are not clearly explained. The most notable criticism centers on the handling of weather-related delays, specifically the 30-minute thunder rule. Visitors report a lack of clear announcements, insufficient signage, and poor communication about these delays or their extensions, leading to prolonged, uncommunicated waits and dissatisfaction for families, especially those who traveled a distance.

I loved my experience here! It's really fun, family friendly, clean, they have an outdoor pool and an indoor pool with a water slide outside. I went a couple of days ago and loved it! The lifeguards were really nice and approachable! A lot of people are mad because they were told that it's on the 15-minute break while seeing people still in the pool. Let me explain. The 15-minute break is really only for the kids. Adults are allowed to keep swimming, and kids can get back in once the time is up. Also, on a rainy and/or stormy day, what happens is that they wait 30 minutes, and if they hear thunder during the 30 minutes, they restart it. If the 30 minutes is up and they don't hear thunder, they will blow their whistle, and you can go back to swimming! I have really been thinking if it's a good place for parties. If you or your child has been thinking of having a party here or just to come, I recommend! Thank you (not to mention their good prices, $3 per swimmer except 1 price, they hve 2 goggles, 1 pair is $5 and the other pair is $20 that's a big difference! But still highly recommend )

So my son..as I asked him to do, steps into the water here at the park and n d is immediately told that the pool is on a 10 minute rest period...and if you look at the photo I posted in this review...you'll see several people at the far end of the pool. Is this ok or not? I guess you guys can judge that for yourselves. Have a blessed day.

Went there for the first time with my husband and children because we wanted something to do on a rainy day. When we got there and went to get in the pool we were told it was a 15min break period. When that was finally up we were told we couldn't go in for another 30 minutes due to thunder and lightning. We sat there waiting the 30 mins with our children. Went to go ask if we could now go swim since the 30mins was up and was told we had to wait another 30 min. No one thought to make an announcement about an additional 30mins there also are no signs or anything stating that you need to wait 30mins due to thunder or lightning. Very unprofessional to make a room full of parents and children sit around without any kind of announcement or any kind of sign or even a verbal notice at the front when you pay. I didn't even hear or see any thunder or lightning while there also. At that point you should just evacuate the building because everyone can still get injured while waiting around the pool if anything does happen during a thunder and lightning storm. There should be signs explaining the rules when there is thunder and lightning and the rules and regulations should also be posted on their FB page so people can know a head of time, if they were then we wouldn't have .ade the hour drive to try to swim and have fun on a rainy day.
