1 star because the life guards were mean and kicked us out for doing nothing at all. got mixed up and kicked us out even when we tried to explain.then a random women got in my face and told me i’m being mischief and i told her respectfully to please get out of my personal bubble and she said i am banned and got kicked out. 1 star never coming here again.

I have never been so disappointed or felt discriminated against. The sign literally says 12-1 and they even let us pay and walk all the way to the pool area before we were asked to leave repeatedly. We were there for sensory play because multiple websites and the sign on the building showed 12-1 sensory hour. We explained that we have an autistic child and he said, "we can't have you here, because it defeats the purpose of lap swim" we said when is there sensory time and he said he didn't know but we wernt allowed to be there during lap swim. We asked for a refund but were told they don't do refunds. We then asked to speak to the manager, and another person informed us that that was the manager who walked away and refused to speak to us again. Meanwhile, we're trying to carry our son out because he's full meltdown in the parking lot. Every staff was rude about the situation and didn't offer any help. Then multiple staff came to look at the sign as advertised and walked away. Very rude unprofessional and there was absolutely no adult in charge.

There weren't very many people there and that was nice. Then several buses pulled up and they brought in 150 kids. We had fun though until the storm rolled in on us.
