Cole comes out to our house to deliver water. There was a branch that went over our driveway and Cole was rightfully concerned about driving up our driveway and hurting his truck. Mind you, Amazon, FedEx, and UPS do it all the time, but I get it. So he said he would not deliver water, while our 6 year old stood there and cried in her bathing suit. As much as I wanted to get angry with him, I didnt. I understood his concern. While he was backing out, my wife was talking to our neighbor to cut down the branch so Cole could feel good about getting his truck through. While he was backing out in the road, I tried calling Cole to let him know it was going to be OK to deliver. He refused to answer the phone. I called multiple times and texted...nothing. While others may have had a great experience with him, I did not. He is unwilling to even try and come to a solution. He left money on the table. Alas, I called a different company, who charged us $100 less and I will make sure they not only get our business, but anyone else who needs water service. Cole needs to rethink his business model.

Called for a quick fill on my hot tub, he was able to come out the next day. Super fast and very friendly!
