The only up side was the friendly service. We had a double room booked but it only had towels for two people. We had asked for a NON-SMOKING room and yet as soon as you opened the door the stench of smoke just hit you. The duvet was ripped and bath and floors was not clean. We even saw a drug exchange take place. There is no control in terms of noise control, from early in the morning people were playing music extremely loud with their doors open. An add negative was the difference in name, be warned of that fact. Although you may be looking for hotel lake Charles the sign in fact says Super 10. This in itself already sets a tone of insecurity and fear for your valued safety. I definitely would not recommend this place

Absolutely one of the worst motels I’ve been at. Considering the fact I travel the country and have stayed in dozens this is a statement. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Check out came and the top motel cleaner came banging on the door cursing at me to get up and check out. So I tried booking another night and they told me since I was late checking out I wouldn’t be able to stay another night. Once I removed all my stuff and went to check out they were holding my check out money because of late fees. No one told me about late fees, so I’m 50$ short. I had to go through a secondary party to even book a room they don’t have a office number. Would not recommend, the prices are outrageous, search around.

I would give them 0 stars they're service was very rude. I bought a one bedroom for $47 and they gave me a room that was falling apart. Rude staff, a room with dirty covers , sheets, and pillow cases. The sheets , covers and pillows had burnt spot as if there was bed bugs. I asked for another room but he was trying to charge me extra for another room, so I just asked for some cleans sheets and he was rude about that. I went back to the room to unload my clothes and the door knobs came fell off. I told the attendant about that situation and that's when he goes very rude .. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME VISITING LOUISIANA AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT MOTEL EVER!!!!!!!

Roach motel. Literally, on the bed, in the fridge and in the restroom. Door missing top lock. Sheets stained horrible. And a no refund policy which is a joke. Anyone reads this, so not book more than one night cause if you see all the roaches and then want to cancel, these thieves steal your money and don't want to refund you. That's how they stay in business. Some one should call the health department on this. I will try to upload pictures on how roaches were crawling on my arm so you can see how disturbing and disgusting this hotel is.

Infested with roaches. Front desk said we could get a different room upstairs. We asked for a refund and ran out of there. Super dirty and had burn holes in the comforter.
