Had an amazing experience! We struggled to find a fair price during a super busy pool season and Great Lakes Pool & Spa came to the rescue. They were quick and did an amazing job and the price was more than fair! We are so happy we were able to enjoy a pool this summer and would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again for everything!

Had this company install an above ground pool in 2019. The next year upon opening we noticed wrinkles in the liner. Their excuse was because the pool was in the sun. When we continued to push for them to fix it, they promised to come and look at it but never would. As the wrinkles continued to get worse (the second summer with the pool), we called another company who installed a new liner because there were numerous pinholes. They felt that the liner was not new when the pool was installed because of the condition of the liner after only 2 years. The pool also was not installed properly. It is not level, the ground was not prepared properly before installation. Save yourself years of headache and money. Do not hire this company.

I hired them to open my pool and the gentleman said parts were missing and that he could only open it so far. He explained that whoever closed my pool likely took them so I had to hire them back. Which should tell you everything about how these employees think. It's not a bug, it's a feature. Fast forward, and he came back with the parts, I would get a bill for them, 50.00 approx and I paid the 200.00 cash for opening my pool. I found two major things wrong with my heater and one of my valves closed and the skimmer basket running dry. Now my poolside skimmer doesn't work. No one else will touch it and I'm super reluctant to call these clowns back incase they just sabotaged it with something easy and are going to bill me big bucks. I've been burned by so many pool company people in Sarnia that I'm just done with you all.

I’ve never in my life taken the effort to write a bad review and I’ve never in my life had a company treat me this poorly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They butchered the job, then tried to say they told me this would happen. Hardly showed up unless I contacted them. A year and a half headache dealing with these people. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix the damage they left and bailed on after realizing they messed up and just completely started dodging me. Darryl even admitted it was their fault and said they would repair it after I showed up to confront them. Then after avoiding me for half a year, came back with a lawyer document which was complete bullshit of what he said he’d do to fix it. Crooks and liars, whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETE!!!

Worst place ever. I was a new pool owner they came to open and close my pool first yr the next year to open they came and i was losing water asked them why and found out they didn't drain my heater and ruined it had to bypass it and they would not fix it but sent me a bill for bypassing my heater would never recommend this place at all
