Wonderful place to take your kiddos for swim lessons! Sign up in the Spring through the Port Huron Rec.
We enrolled our kids in the summer swim lessons offered here. The staff is great with the kids, and they had more than enough instructors and aids in the water to keep track of all the kids who are learning to swim.
Me an my kids go to the court street pool , I would give it 5 stars if some of the lifeguards would treat the teens an kids here with more respect . A group of them playing Marco polo was told not to touch each other . . That's the point of the damn game . Specifically 1 lifeguard, if ur kid is running he is whistle happy an will blow it loudly while telling kids to get out an walk back into the pool instead of telling them not to run . Show more respect an parents start coming with ur kids so they don't get disrespected
Wish it was open all week though instead of just weekends
Me and two friends went here. Nice and clean pool. We signed in, took half of a table in the corner. We didn't make a scene or anything, just kept to ourselves. We put our legs in the side of the pool away from other people, lifeguard comes over and tells us to get out because that part wasn't being guarded. So we got out. He then asks us to tell him which bathroom we entered through. We tell him the guys bathroom, as me and both friends identify as guys. Lifeguard looks at us and says "And are you guys?" With a slightly condescending tone, to which we reply yes, because we are. One friend was wearing a skirt. Lifeguard walks off annoyed. We shortly left after that. We weren't bothering anyone. The kids in the pool didn't even notice we were there. I don't know why it urked the guard so much that men used the mens bathroom, but I don't have plans on returning
